Paul Cassell

Paul Cassell is a senior technology executive best known as the “The Transformer.” His success shaping IT strategies and leading execution programs has scaled some of today’s industry leading companies for rapid growth and acquisition. With more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience, Paul has led and served in roles spanning IT operations, strategy, application development, infrastructure design, governance, QA and release management at Archipelago, NYSE Euronext, NYSE Group, PC IT Consulting and now Intech Investments Group. Mr. Cassell’s background in recruiting and guiding diverse technical teams, focused on driving business value and bottom-line impact, has honed his ability to align business and IT vision, cohesively.

In 2023, Mr. Cassell took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Intech Investments Group to completely overhaul the infrastructure and security as well as build out a new cloud-based research platform. Prior to this, Mr. Cassell was the CIO at Quiet Light Securities, Interim CIO and strategic Technology Advisor through PC IT Consulting as well as CIO for the NYSE as well as their COO of IT Operations.

Erwan’s extensive global experience includes working in both India and Europe and traveling internationally to finalize deals.
